NELA Group hosts the data and software for the Application and from time to time NELA Group may experience outages due to software, hardware or power failures, or issues at the wireless carrier level.

NELA Group shall each be responsible for ensuring its compliance with federal, state or local laws relating to the sale of real property, as well as with any applicable MLS rules and regulations.
